Friday - Mum has been telling me all week that we are going on holiday today.  Nana and Grandad are coming aswell, I can’t wait to get going.

When we got in the car, Mummy gave me some colouring that Coastal Cottages had sent me!  It was great, I drew a beach and Daddy said we are going to be staying next to one!

W hen we arrived and unpacked we went down to the beach and had a meal in the pub, looking out to sea.  Then we went for a walk around the village.

Saturday - The next day we went to Whitesands.  There is a huge sandy beach there.   Grandad and I made sand castles all day and Daddy tried to learn to surf.  Mummy said her belly hurts from laughing at him!

On the way home we went into St Davids, Nana showed me the Cathedral and then we had some tea at The Harbour Inn in Solva.

That evening Mummy and Daddy went out so Grandad put me to bed, that was great because I got to go to sleep late!

Sunday - The next morning we set off early.  Mummy said we were going on a surprise journey!

When we arrived I was amazed, we were at The Shire Horse Farm!  Mummy had booked it for me with Coastal Cottages before we had even come on holiday.  I was so excited as horses are my favorite things in the whole wide world!

The first thing we did is go and see the horses and donkeys, we even saw a baby fowl.  I played in the soft play area and on the toy tractors.  Later I went on a horse and cart ride around the farm, this was the best bit of the whole day, I had so much fun.

On the way home we stopped at The Preseli Mountains for a picnic, there was nothing but fields for miles. Mummy said that wild horses live up there but we didn’t see any this time!

When we got back to the holiday house I was tired so had an early night.

Monday - We went on a boat today!  We went to Skomer Island.  Daddy had hired a back carrier for me so we spent the day there, walking around looking at the wildlife.  We saw some puffins which were so cute.  I also saw lots and lots of rabbits!

After a long day on the Island we went back to the house and I played in the garden with Daddy and Grandad.

Tuesday - Today was the last day of our holiday, it has gone so fast.  Nana and Grandad took me to the beach while Mummy and Daddy packed the car, I had one last paddle and built another sand castle, I was getting to be a bit of an expert!

On the way home we went to Haverfordwest and did some shopping then we set off for home.
